Hello, my name is Terri Kane and I am the owner of TMK Health & Wellness. I am a licensed and board-certified massage therapist serving the Main Line area in Wayne, Pennsylvania. I've been in practice for over 34 years. I specialize in Neuromuscular Trigger Point Therapy and Myofascial Release Technique. I use these massage therapy techniques in tandem to treat acute and chronic muscle soft tissue injuries. My unique full body approach focuses on balancing the musculoskeletal (muscles and bones) and biomechanical (how the body moves) systems of the body. This approach allows the body to function more efficiently.

I have an extensive background in working with clients who are adult, college and high school athletes as well as non-athletes. They come to my office seeking help with sprains/strains, muscle spasms, rotator cuff injuries, golfers elbow, tennis elbow, neck and low back pain, headaches, "sciatica", herniated and bulging discs, TMJ and more.

I have attended and provided massage therapy services to many of the major athletic running, cycling and swimming events. These include the Boston Marathon, Marine Corps Marathon, Philadelphia Marathon, Broad Street Run in Philadelphia and the 25th Anniversary of the Ironman Triathlon in Kona, Hawaii.
I also love working with clients who play competitive tennis, golf, field hockey, lacrosse, volleyball and soccer.
